Staff  Welcome Ilse Urias o Starts Thursday o 11am -3p M-Th, 12pm-5pm o KT will add her email to DL (once we get it)  Open Position?? o 3pm-8pm

Maria L. Hesse Scholarship Recipients  January 11th- All Employee Meeting (recognizing winners)  Ilse Urias and Anita Adjea  Hoping to raise another $20,000

Chandler Multicultural Festival  January 16th  College has a stage area  Marybeth and Mike have been coordinating entertainment for the stage o Massages, Wellness, Comedy Club, Solar Car, Cody the Coyote  11am-5pm

Unity Breakfast  January 22, 2010  Need to fill some slots with students  KT will work on getting some students or advisors  Olonzo Jones is the guest speaker

EDU Faculty Orientation  January 11th  4pm-6pm  Petty Cash is done  Jennifer will be in on Friday

Service Learning  EDU Orientations- Jan 27th 3:30-5pm and Jan 28th 2-3:30 and 6-7:30pm o Self-Service on laptops o Copying fingerprint cards o Laptops still need to be reserved…. Or picked up.  Fingerprinting- Jan 21st 3:30-5:30pm and 27th 2pm-4pm  Americorps Orientation o Right after and in between EDU Orientations. o February 1st is the Americorps deadline  Soles 4 Souls- Shoe drive (new or gently used) o Bin in the pavilion

Welcome Week  Bank Central again  Student Life booths Tuesday-Thursday  Do we need a table at Ironwood? o We need to familiarize ourselves with the building. o We need another laptop  Use My.maricopa.edu to navigate class schedules  Toothpaste to pass out  Mike will help with getting heat  KT will have a schedule on Monday for campus

Blood Drive  February 2nd and 3rd

Misc  Nick Holladay’s (former employee) wife is having a baby  Ashley and Lynette are leaving Monday for Hawaii  Alison can start wearing maternity clothes tomorrow.
