Diebold Software Services Pvt. Ltd. operates in two divisions namely the India Development Centre (IDC) located at Mumbai and Global Delivery Center (GDC) located at Hyderabad.
Global Delivery Center (GDC) cater to needs of delivering IT Services, Financial Shared Services, Next Gen Solutions and other product software development activities for Diebold Global operations.

Brief information of each vertical: ITAC – A True Global IT team in action
ITAC has been operational from November 2006. ITAC, an extension to Diebold’s Global IT organization and complement’s the efforts of Global IT in Implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business suite applications across the globe. ITAC is considered as Oracle Center Of Excellence (COE). ITAC has been evolved and been involved in design and development of applications using the latest technologies and tools like ODI, SOA, Sharepoint & BI Apps. Today we are over 80+ associates located in Hyderabad Hitec City. It’s the biggest Global IT centre outside of our headquarters in North Canton, USA in terms of number of applications being worked on and number of associates.
Our associates get exposure across all the phases of the ERP applications and tools implementation lifecycle: business requirements analysis, architecture, design, development, quality engineering, enhancements and support. We continuously enhance skills of the associates through appropriate technical and functional trainings imparted through internal class room sessions, on job training, and external means. Post training, our associates can take up roles in areas of ERP functional Analyst, developer, System/database Administrator, Architect, testing, support, change management, release management and Project management etc.
ITAC provides:
Opportunity to implement and support most complex Oracle Applications ERP global single instance with more than 130+ functional modules. Will have an opportunity to work on Oracle Applications versions of 11i and R12. Opportunity to understand the Diebold global business processes and challenges of implementation/Roll-out of the same in Oracle Applications ERP with minimum customizations to meet local business/statutory requirements. An environment that encourages and rewards technology innovation and creativity Technical and functional training in the areas of Oracle ERP 11i, R12. Oracle middleware ODI, SOA/BPEL. Global Business Services (GBS) – Building the Centre of Excellence
GBS operationalized in May 2012 to evolve and drive Business benefits on operational excellence, process standardization and inhibit cross functional synergies of all the Diebold regions at the global center. The culture of Global Shared Services has changed from traditional consolidation of transactional processes to providing higher value chain to the Business & Finance processes like performance reporting & business analysis.
The GBS service delivery model provides platform to bring about Best in Class processes by managing the processes at the Global center. This enables streamlining the processes, embedding the process controls, reducing & eliminating non value added & manual activities by leveraging the technology.

Innovation Delivered - Showcased At International Consumer Electronics Show
Diebold is developing a new ATM experience where consumers can conduct secure, card-less transactions through integration with mobile devices via the cloud. Influenced by the expectations of the technology savvy Millennial generation, the ATM features a new user interface with touch gestures, such as flick and drag. This innovative ATM experience was presented at 2013 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.
Professional Services (PS)
Professional Services India started its operation as part of GDC in May 2012 with an Intention to provide Professional Engineering services for EMEA Region (Europe, Middle East & Africa) working with different countries with respect to development, testing & support activities of various Banking Clients.
Currently PS India deals projects in Belgium, Italy, France, Kazakhstan, Poland, Turkey, and South Africa, handling banking applications running with different technologies like Java,. Net , Microsoft Business Intelligence Tools etc.,

We have a Java team to develop & upgrade robust, scalable technology platforms using java for banking applications by providing flexibility in customizing for new banks/clients by implementing their schema and local market constraints, using frameworks such as Maven, AKKA, GWT/Google juice and build products to allow easy customizations while employing for new banks/entities We have vast experience on various technologies and flexible in adapting to different global conditions. We create designs for new implementations from existing products in new technological platforms in modular way which can be easily extensible for new customers thus making them as products which can be deployable with customizable schema rules specific to customer. We have a team to support Monitoring of ATM’s & Cash Management services to EMEA Data Center in Poland, known as Integrated Services Team who are responsible for all the development activities for Report portal to get Real time status of ATM’s, which is being used by all BANKS of EMEA for Monitoring and Cash management services, ATM availability, Transactions offered by Diebold and also Interacts with Clients in case of issues, we provide complete Offshore development from Hyderabad

We have a testing team to support clients in France, Belgium, Italy, South Africa & Turkey for creating application test platform & help Professional Software Service teams to streamline the testing process, test Planning, test Design & test effort estimation and also understand the required architecture, environment set-up and prepare hardware and software requirement for the Test Environment.
