The Following Is Fremont PD S Activity for 05/06/2012 to 05/12/2012

The Following is Fremont PD’s Activity for 05/13/2012 to 05/19/2012.

For Date: 05/13/2012 - Sunday

- An Officer responded to the area of Chester Road for a reported indecent exposure. A male bicyclist wearing spandex was observed urinating by the roadway.

- An Officer removed a small, angry snapping turtle from the roadway. Vehicles had been swerving to avoid hitting it.

- An Officer took a report from a resident of a person who resides in Nashua who was posting disturbing things on Facebook.com. She advised the subject was posting violent threats and suicidal type messages. We contacted Nashua Police who were already aware of the situation and had Officers at the subject’s house already.

- An Officer issued a warning to spectators at a soccer game at the Bonis Memorial Ballfields in reference to the Town Ordinance which is posted at the gate about bringing dogs onto the property

- Police responded for a residential burglar alarm activation on Whittier Drive.

- An Officer met with a Danville Police Officer to provided them with a copy of a report of a previous incident that Fremont Police assisted with.

- Assist Sandown and Danville Police with a reported fight. Upon arrival, juvenile teen called 911 and reported a fight because the family was arguing.

For Date: 05/14/2012 - Monday

- Police responded to Main Street in the area of Scribner Road for a report of a large roll of wire that had fallen off of a utility company’s vehicle. The Officer stood by while the employees reloaded the roll.

- Police responded to a report of an orange lawn tractor towing a wagon north on Beede Hill Road. Checked the area with negative contact.

- An Officer responded to North Road at the Recreation Trail for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Complainant reported that the vehicle had been there for some time with the door open. Vehicle was gone on police arrival.

- Police responded to a Senter Circle residence for a report of damage done to the lawn by a vehicle.

- Police responded for a Domestic Disturbance between a mother and her 18 year-old daughter. No crime had occurred, and police made arrangements for the daughter to go to her father’s for the evening.

- An Fremont Officer fueling his cruiser in Brentwood noticed two open doors at a business on Route 125. The Officer and a Brentwood Officer checked the business and found no problem.

For Date: 05/15/2012 - Tuesday

- Police responded for a complaint of heavy logging equipment operating in the area of Chester Road starting at approximately 05:30. An Officer spoke to the logging crew and explained the Town Ordinance in reference to Noise to them. - Officers spoke to a Main Street resident about his canine running loose in the roadway.

- A resident of Treaty Court reported some of his landscaping equipment had been stolen.

- Police checked on a vehicle obstructing traffic on South Road. The driver was using his cell phone and was asked to pull farther off of the roadway.

- Officers removed a large amount of trash from the center of the roadway on South Road.

- Officers made contact with a driver of a vehicle on Red Brook Road who was stopped in the middle of the road. The driver reported she had stopped to remove a turtle from the roadway.

- A Sandown Road resident reported her cat missing.

- An elderly resident turned in prescription medication that he was no longer using.

- Police responded to an alarm activation at a residence on Taylor Lane. The homeowner was on scene and reported that the alarm was accidental.

- Police took a report of a loose dog on Pollinger Road that was obstructing the complainant from accessing his residence.

- Police took a report of a residential burglary at a Rogers Road home. A gaming system and several games were stolen.

- An Officer responded to Sunny Lane for a report of a juvenile yelling and screaming outside, and possibly kicking the cars in the driveway. Peace was restored.

- Police responded to a North Road address to take a report of a vehicle that had back into the mailbox. The vehicle had left the scene, but the complainant didn’t have a very detailed description of it.

For Date: 05/16/2012 - Wednesday

- An Officer assisted Kingston Police with a motor vehicle accident. The driver was arrested for DWI.

- Police took custody of a dog running loose on Risloves Way.

- Police assisted Rescue and Ambulance personnel at the Colonial Poplin Nursing Home for a female with back pain.

- An Officer met with a party at the Safety Complex to return his Suzuki 4-wheeler. The ATV had been recovered as stolen property in a case from 2011, and the case has been resolved, so the property was being returned to its rightful owner.

- An Officer conducted follow-up investigation in a burglary case on Rogers Road.

- Police served juvenile petitions to a resident of Beede Hill Road.

- Police served juvenile petitions to a resident of Cavil Mill Road.

- An Officer removed a deceased animal from the roadway that was causing a traffic hazard. For Date: 05/17/2012 - Thursday

- Police responded to North Road for a female resident calling 911 to report she heard her door open, and thought someone was in her house. Officers checked and found the house secure, and believe the noise was possibly caused by a cat walking around inside on the kitchen table and windows sills.

- While covering Emergency calls for Brentwood Police, Officers were dispatched to Tractor Supply on Route 125 for a Fire Alarm activation.

- Police responded to the Ellis School for a report of a missing student. Prior to Police arrival, the school reported that the student had been located on the property.

- Police took a report from a school bus driver of a vehicle that drove through its red lights and “Stop” signal on Main Street.

- Police took custody of a wallet that was found on the roadway, and returned it to its owner at a Hooke Road residence.

- An Officer completed a VIN verification for a Sandown Road resident.

For Date: 05/18/2012 - Friday

- Police responded to assist Sandown officers with a report of an unwanted subject at a residence on Fremont Road.

- An Officer removed a dead animal from the roadway on Sandown Road that was causing a traffic hazard.

- Police arrested Sean Ashford, 22, of Plaistow on a warrant for theft. This arrest was related to the theft from a vehicle at the Fremont Veterinary Hospital that was previously reported.

- A resident of South Road came to the Safety Complex to report that she lost a registration plate off of her vehicle some time today. Report was taken, and the subject was referred to the DMV for a replacement.

- A Beede Hill Road resident reported Harassing Phone Calls.

- The Animal Control Officer investigated an ongoing complaint of dogs barking at a Beede Hill Road residence.

- Police responded for a complaint of a Tuck Drive resident blowing the leaves from his yard onto the roadway and causing a traffic hazard. The resident was asked not to continue the activity.

- An Officer spoke to a former Whittier Drive resident who wanted to file a report regarding his ex- girlfriend using his bankcard and making several purchases for over $100.00. During the conversation, it became apparent that no crime was occurring, and the matter was civil in nature.

- An Officer assisted Danville Police on Route 111-A with a vehicle that crashed into a residence.

For Date: 05/19/2012 - Saturday

- An Officer stood by with the driver of a vehicle that had lost a large amount of debris onto the roadway on Main Street. - An Officer responded back to Tuck Drive for a complaint of the resident continuing to blow leaves from his yard onto the roadway and causing a traffic hazard. The resident was told that the activity was considered Disorderly Conduct if it obstructs vehicular or pedestrian traffic on a public way, and any further violations would result in arrest.

- Police responded to the abandoned commercial property on Spaulding Road for a report of two individuals engaging in sexual relations. The complaint was confirmed, and both subjects were warned about trespassing and taking care of their business in a more appropriate location.

- Police responded to Brentwood Road for a report of a vehicle operating recklessly. Vehicle was not located.

- While checking the SAU offices on Hall Road, an Officer discovered an unsecured door.

Fremont Police also conducted various motor vehicle enforcement and administrative duties throughout the week.
