A JOINT RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD, EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2003, TO TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF A SURPLUS NATIONAL GUARD ARMORY IN BEAUFORT, SOUTH CAROLINA, TO THE CITY OF BEAUFORT.
