The announcement came at the network’s statewide convention in Galveston January 28th.

In a rarely seen domination of all categories, RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring was the top RE/MAX office statewide in sales units, sales volume, listing units, listing volume, and commissions paid.

The firm’s top producer, Mike Seder, was the #1 RE/MAX individual producer statewide, among over 4,100 agents, easily qualifying for the highest RE/MAX annual production club, the Diamond, indicating earned commissions in the prior year exceeding one million dollars. Another of the firm’s top producers, Brian Schweiker, was the #13 individual producer statewide, qualifying for the Chairman’s Club award (minimum of $500,000 in annual earned commissions).
