In order that business may be transacted in any orderly manner, it is requested that the following resolution be adopted:

RESOLVED, that all instruments of payment of the Gadsden Independent School District shall bear the facsimile signatures of both the President and the Secretary of the Board of Education; any one of the following are authorized to endorse funds for deposit in compliance with State Statutes and Public Education Department regulations concerning the daily deposit of funds, effective July 1, 2008:
