Hostess Coaching (in home, night of show, meet for coffee, etc…make sure you COACH her and you are excited)
_____ Explain each $50 Gift Card and encourage the importance of $100 in advance orders
_____ Show her how to use the advanced order sheet and tax sheet
_____ Ask her if she wants just the FREE Jewelry or would be interested in having the profit from her show too!
_____ Get invitations to her 3 weeks in advance (post card, electronic version, etc..)
Hostess Care (thank her for scheduling show, confirm date again…can use PD postcards or something similar)
_____ Contact her 2 weeks before her show -make sure she has sent out the invitations and is showing catalog _____Contact her 1 week before her show -see how rsvp’s are going and ask her if she is showing the catalog -let her know you are excited to give her FREE Jewelry -remind her that $100 in advance orders will earn her a $50 gift card (as long as original date) _____ Contact her 2 days before her show -ask how many gals she is expecting so you can plan accordingly -ask if she has a table you can set up on or if you need to bring one -have her make reminder calls/email/texts so her friends don’t forget -remind her there is still time to collect $100 in advance orders _____Send emails/texts/calls with excitement, reminding her of promo (if one), see if she needs anything, etc…
Jewelry Show
_____ Show the Jewelry, teach tips & Tricks with the Jewelry, and be excited!!!
_____ Share the Hostess Plan (posters and/or boxes works well)
_____ Do a Booking Activity (pass/play, chance/honor, etc….ask every person if you can give them free Jewelry and let them know they can work toward the first $50 gift card immediately)
_____ Sponsoring Activity (Big Money/Little Money or version of, share your story, etc. share that we make 50% profit, paid immediately, have no quotas, carry no inventory, and get amazing tax benefits)
_____ Guest Survey’s are crucial - “laters” may very well be marked and you can follow up (use at EVERY show, walk them through it, collect and do a drawing for little prize if completed)
_____ Ask EVERY person at checkout if you can give them FREE Jewelry. Remind them it’s easy and that 1 guest and $100 in orders qualifies the show
_____ Hand out invitation to everyone for upcoming OP, to meet you for Coffee or call into recorded OP (remind them they get a FREE piece of Jewelry-or whatever you give-just for listening!) Follow up after the show
_____ Send a Thank You to hostess and customers within a week (or even sooner)
_____ Contact hostess and let her know when the Jewelry will arrive. Can let customers know too
_____ CALL 2 ladies (minimum) from the show that you think may be good at this business or need income and personally invite them to sit down with you or come to an OP
_____ CALL 2 customers (minimum) from the show as “care calls” after they receive the Jewelry and make sure they are happy. Use this to ask if they want more Jewelry for FREE by having a few ladies over and you bring Jewels! Any current or upcoming promotions gives a great reason to call!
Prior to 60 days after the show (day 40-50)
_____ Contact hostess and customers to see if there are any problems with Jewelry before the 60 days (no fee) is up. Great time to ask if you can bring your Jewelry over for her and a few friends!
_____ Let them know of upcoming Opportunity presentation for them or friends who may be looking to make an extra $200 or more a week on a very part time basis
