This memo serves as an invitation to bid and includes bid information, bid date, access to bid documents, etc. for the Palm Beach Outlets project in West Palm Beach, FL.

 Bids for the building construction are due in our office no later than 2:00pm on Friday, February 1, 2013.  Drawings and Specifications: Bid documents are currently available and can be accessed by:

1. Retrieving them from our FTP site (directions on page 2).

The project consists of 10 Retail Buildings encompassing approximately 460,000 square feet. Scope of work for the purpose of this bid includes Divisions 6 – 13, 21 – 23, & 26 – 28. Please note that demolition / abatement, site work, landscaping, concrete, masonry, and structural & misc. steel packages have already bid and we are not accepting additional bids for these scopes at this time. Please also note that EMJ Corporation is the awarded General Contractor on this project.

The following is a list of documents that make up the complete Structural Bid package. These documents are in PDF format on the EMJ FTP website. Please make sure that all documents have been reviewed thoroughly. Any other documents not listed below or located in other folders in the FTP site are not part of this bid.

Username: 3146-01-Bid Password: 3146 Hint: do not copy/paste the username and password or you may have trouble logging in.  Plans/specs for this bid package are in the “Building Bid Documents” folder.

When the log in process is complete you will be asked to choose Client Options consisting of Client Selections “WEB CLIENT” or “FTP VOYAGER JV”. It is recommended to use the “FTP VOYAGER JV” selection for easier navigation and downloading, however either option will work. This building construction for this scope of work is scheduled to start in April 2013 and be completed in November 2013.
