Designing Training Programmes (Process) 15. Conducting Training Programmes (Various Levels) 16. Different Methods of Training Programmes (on-thejob & Off-the-job) 17. Feedback on Training Programmes (both by Trainer & Trainees) 18. Measuring Effectiveness of Training Programmes (Methods) 19. Perfomance Appraisals (Very Importrant for TNI) 20. Trainig Records 21. Using Training Data for Quality Tools like SQC, SPC, etc. 22. Procedure for Induction Programme (also for Freshers) 23. Preparation of Training Calendar.
Before drafting Training Manual, let it be circulated and consultated by Line Managers. It is the total responsibility of all HODs and Training is not onerous responsibility of HR only.
