Bellevue Chamber Foundation Scholarships: APPLICATION DEADLINE: Monday, April 18, 2016

The Bellevue business community understands that an excellent education supports our future workforce. To help students with ongoing learning opportunities, the Bellevue Chamber Foundation, with support from member businesses, offers students from a Bellevue School District high school the opportunity to apply for scholarships, each valued at $1,500. Funding for 2016 scholarships was made possible through the generous support of Delta Air Lines, the Presenting Sponsor of the 2015 Spirit of Bellevue Run/Walk and other community partners who support education.

Qualifications for scholarship recipients include: 1* High school graduate planning to attend college in Fall 2016 2* Leadership potential 3* Exemplary academic achievement and proven attendance record 4* Demonstrated involvement in community and volunteer service 5* Financial need

Please complete the enclosed application and include/attach the following materials:  High school transcript  Two letters of reference from an administrator, counselor or teacher.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Monday, April 18, 2016 Applications must be received at the address below no later than 5:00pm on Monday, April 18, 2016. This deadline is NOT a postmark date.

Following is a list of all available scholarships for which each applicant will be considered. Only one scholarship will be awarded per student. Please check up to three boxes to indicate the scholarships you think best fit with your education and career goals.

 Delta Air Lines Scholarship  A scholarship for applicants pursuing a degree in any field

 KeyBank Scholarship  A scholarship for applicants pursuing a degree in any field

 Ralph James Family Memorial Scholarship  A scholarship for applicants pursuing a degree in business

 Bellevue Chamber Foundation Scholarship — STEM  Pursing a degree in the science/technology/engineering or math fields
