1. Call to Order: The executive meeting of the Student Nurses’ Association- USC Chapter was called to order by Allison Wagenlander at 7:00am.

2. The Roll is called by the Vice President.

Quorum: Allison Wagenlander, President, declared a quorum present. 3. Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read.

4. Treasurer’s Report:

All Financial info needs to be sent since October meetings

Reimbursement for Nationals – Motion made by 2nd VP, Justin Chavis

Dean gave $5000 to help reimburse

 Each student gets:

o Food - $30 / day

o Registration - $110

o Gas for drivers - $65 cap for trip there and back

o Flight - $308.09 + $25 for checking 1 bag one way

o Parking at airport – Kayla and Allison $48 each
