POSITION: Infinite Campus Coordinator

Examples of a few of the essential functions of this position are:  resolves infinite campus software and data issues with administrators, clients, and application support staff  manage enrollment process from initial intake  household information, transcript, health information  obtain current information (e.g. grades/transcript, enrollment status, dates, etc.) and forward records to requested school  end enrollment date and attendance records in Infinite Campus  train staff to ensure proper data input to school accountability system  ensures district-wide compliance with common assigned codes

QUALIFICATIONS:  High School diploma or equivalent  Successfully pass drug testing  Ability to withstand Nevada law enforcement background check  Two (2) years recent experience in the operation of data entry equipment and computer applications and high school graduation supplemented by college level coursework in computer science; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the work. A Bachelor’s degree preferred. SALARY: $20.09 per hour starting OPENING DATE: October 19, 2017 CLOSING DATE: October 25, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. or Open Until Filled SCHOOL YEAR: 2017-2018
