acColades was implemented in November of 2008 and has been very well received within the organization. This program is administered through i love rewards – a Canadian based, leading edge, corporate incentive company.

How do you register for the program?

You will be receiving an account activation email from i love rewards, member support team, from which you can create your own personal account and work towards receiving/being awarded for points (gift dollars) for the following:

 How are these awarded?

 Anyone can recommend a co-worker for this award by sending your request, with applicable details, to your Manager

 Value of each award 2,500 points (equivalent to a $25.00 gift)

Service Awards

The following years of service levels are recognized.

If you refer a candidate and they are successfully hired for the position, you are eligible for this award. Once the candidate has completed 6 months of employment, the award is presented as follows:

 50,000 points (equivalent to a $500.00 gift) provided the new hire is still an employee of the company

 25,000 points (equivalent to a $250.00 gift) if the new hire is no longer with the company

Continuing Education

In recognition of the successful completion of the following designations, the associated number of points will be awarded to the individual.

Ovation

 Quarterly awards (4 per year) per region/Business Unit per company

 To qualify as a recipient of this award, the nominee must, in addition to being recognized for a significant achievement, also be consistently demonstrating our Guiding Principles/Values

 Nomination forms for these awards can be found on the main page of your acColades site within iAdjust, Wies, or iForensics

 Completed and submitted nomination forms will be gathered per quarter and the winners chosen by your Business Unit Leader

 All quarterly winners will be announced in a corresponding edition of the Trailblazer

 Value of each award 25,000 points (equivalent to a $250.00 gift)

Tribute

 Annual awards (1 per year) per region/Business Unit per company

 To be a recipient of this award, the nominee must be a significant revenue producer and consistently demonstrate our Guiding Principles/Values

 Nomination forms for these awards can be found on the main page of your acColades site within iAdjust, Wies, or iForensics

 Completed and submitted nomination forms will be gathered during the year and the winners chosen by your Business Unit Leader and HR.

 Value of each award 100,000 points (equivalent to a $1000.00 gift), and lunch or dinner with the President of your company
