With reference to the above, please find attached your customer’s complaint that is self-explanatory. Your customer has been informed that someone from your office will be in contact with him/her or with us within 7 working days to help resolve this matter. Your customer has been requested to contact this office in writing in the event that he/she has neither heard from you or us within the allotted time to enable the MIO to explore further appropriate avenues in which to resolve this matter.

It is important to have your comments as well as your intentions in resolving this matter speedily in writing. It is imperative we have both sides of the story. Your co-operation in this matter will be appreciated. The contents of your response will be used by the MIO to arrive to a conclusion of the matter.
