Indian Creek Dr.  Clarkston, GA 30021  404/297-9522 Ext. 1190  FAX# 404/298-3601 POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT POSITION: TEST ADMINISTRATOR LOCATION: Multiple Campuses DESCRIPTION: The Test Administrator is responsible for providing testing and testing services to customers. ESSENTIAL JOB 1. Successfully complete new test administrator training and certification as RESPONSIBILITIES: required 2. Ensure exam delivery and customer service in a comfortable friendly environment 3. Understands and complies with all testing procedures 4. Admit examinees, verifies identification, and explains the exam process 5. Monitors examinees while testing for possible cheating and disruptive behavior 6. Maintains a secure testing environment 7. Communicates with internal departments to investigate and fix technical issues as needed 8. Strictly adheres to company policies using careful judgment 9. Submit incident reports as needed 10. Prepares all appropriate exam materials for use during testing 11. Maintain testing files 12. Conduct testing under standard conditions or with accommodations for candidates with disabilities 13. Other duties as assigned MINIMUM High school diploma or equivalent *and* two (2) years of experience in performing QUALIFICATIONS: complex clerical or administrative work in testing lab administration, assessment or evaluation.
