The Costodian of land record details in the shape of R.O.R& Revenue village Map Deals with the revenue cases such as Mutation cases,Lease cases,Conversion of land cases, Government Land settelement Cases,etc., leasing out of land cases,with the encroachment cases, disposal of Misc. Certificate Cases, certificate cases, involve in all types of revenue collection The office activrly participate in various emergency in situation such as natural calamities., General elections,and law and order during festivals. Also a

The Officers and staff of this office generally deal with the various revenue relating cases Viz land, revenue collection and costodian of land and the transactions relating to land. The Officers discharge their duty as revenue officers and also actively participate in various types of magesterial duty as when required as Executive Magistrates. Their service is also used in times of Emergency viz. Flood,Cyclone,Sun stroke or such otnatural calamaties as when required. This office takes active participation in various relief oprations and also during General Election. ANS

ANS- The procedures as outlined on various revenue rules and Acts are strictly followed while Taking any type of decision and the supervision done through various levels starting from the initial stage till the final stage with the constant supervision of the Official and Staff. The accuntability is fixed accordingly as per provision during the work flow by the authority .
