Diocese of Guildford Discipleship, Vocation and Ministry Team Ministry Review 2013 SELF APPRAISAL form
Ministry Review is about Affirmation and Accountability. The process is designed to provide affirmation for you in all that you are and all that you do, but also to hold you properly accountable and provide a useful and appropriate critique of your ministry based on what you and others see and experience. This is for the sake of better ministry and the more effective furtherance of the Kingdom of God. It is also the place where future training needs can be discussed.
Please complete and return this form electronically or by post at least five working days before your Review meeting.
