Terms and Conditions for the Farrow & Ball Colour Consultancy Promotion

1) The Farrow & Ball Colour Consultancy Promotion (“the Promotion”) is offered by Hamptons International, a trading name of Countrywide Estate Agents (“The Promoter”) whose registered address is Countrywide House 88-103 Caldecotte Lake Drive, Caldecotte, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK7 8JT.

2) The Promotion will be available for a limited time only from 09:00 hrs on 23rd October 2017 (“Start Time”) and shall automatically terminate no later than 18:00 hrs on 29th December 2017 (“Closing Time”).

3) The Promotion is open to eligible customers only. Eligible customers are those who:

a. Own a property located within the Catchment Area (defined in paragraph 5) OR who have purchased a property via the Promoter’s Notting Hill or Richmond branches (“the Property”), and b. are aged 18 years or older (“Customer”).

Employees of the Promoter, their families, associates and any other persons who are in any way connected to this Promotion are excluded. Proof of age and identity may be required.

4) Please contact the Promoter by phoning 020 8940 2772 (Richmond) or 020 7034 0404 (Notting Hill) for clarification as to whether your property falls within the Catchment Area.

5) Customers can participate in the Promotion by:

a. completing a sale of a Property located within the catchment area of the Promoter’s Richmond or Notting Hill branch as detailed in Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions (“the Catchment Area”) and satisfying the conditions set out in paragraph 6 in relation to the Property, or b. exchanging contracts for the purchase of a Property located within the Catchment Area via the Promoter’s Notting Hill or Richmond branch,

all between the Start Time and Closing Time.

6) Participation in the Promotion via paragraph 5(a) is subject to the following conditions: a. the Customer entering into a sales sole agency agreement with the Promoter for the Property to be sold on the open market via the Promoter’s Notting Hill or Richmond branch (“Agreement”); and b. the Customer agreeing to a For Sale and Sale Agreed advertising board being erected at the Property.

If the Property is subsequently marketed with another agent as well as the Promoter, the Customer will no longer be entitled to the Offer associated with the Promotion.

7) Customers who are eligible for the Promotion in accordance with paragraphs 5 and 6 will be entitled to a free colour consultancy service worth £195 (“the Offer”).

8) The Offer is a free colour consultancy service only. There is no discount on materials or products recommended through this service. 9) All Customers who qualify for the Offer will receive a letter from the Supplier within 7 days of the successful sale or purchase of the Property confirming their eligibility for the Offer and will be required to contact the Promoter’s Richmond or Notting Hill branch on 020 8940 2772 (Richmond) or 020 7034 0404 (Notting Hill) (as applicable) within 30 days of receiving the letter in order to book their free colour consultancy appointment. Customers who do not contact the Promoter within this time frame will no longer be entitled to the Offer.

10)The Offer is supplied and administered by Farrow & Ball Limited, (company number 00999927 and registered office 33 Uddens Trading Estate, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 7NL) (the “Supplier”).

11)Customers may be required to participate in unpaid publicity related to the Promotion which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media, including Facebook and Twitter.

12)By participating in the Promotion you give consent for your contact details to be used for the purposes of the Promotion and to facilitate us making contact with you.

13)Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the Offer. Entrants who tick the option to opt in to receive communications from the Supplier consent to their details being passed to the Supplier for the purposes of receiving promotional offers and information from the Supplier and members of the Countrywide Group.

14)The sale of the Property is subject to contract/the Agreement.

15)The Offer is not transferable and not exchangeable for cash (whether in part or whole) or any other offer. The cash value of the Offer is 0.00001p.

16) The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

17)In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion at any time without notice.

18) By taking part in this Promotion you accept these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Promotion to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

19)These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
