[4207] 2 1 Blake Palyok, Jake Laird, Tyler Dasher, Bruno Stone, Furman 2 Senterfeit, Turner Thackston, Hunter Livingston, Layne Turner, 3 and Tyler Smaciak; and 4 5 Whereas, in a sport that requires skill, strength, and strategy, 6 Coach Kenny Senterfeit and his dedicated assistants, Loren Metts 7 and Chris Stone, maximized their own experience and passion to 8 mold a championshipcaliber team and teach these athletes lessons 9 that will prove invaluable through life both on and off the 10 diamond; and 11 12 Whereas, the success of the Ozone AllStars shows the importance 13 of Dixie Youth baseball in the Midlands, which achieved success 14 as a result of the hard work of board members, past and present, 15 whose tireless efforts to share their love of baseball with young 16 people deserve our most sincere praise and recognition; and 17 18 Whereas, the South Carolina House of Representatives appreciates 19 the pride and recognition that the Ozone AllStar baseball players 20 have brought to their community, and the members look to hear of 21 their continued accomplishments in the days to come. Now, 22 therefore, 23 24 Be it resolved by the House of Representatives: 25 26 That the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives, 27 by this resolution, recognize and honor the Midlands Dixie Youth 28 Ozone AllStar baseball team and coaches for a remarkable season 29 and congratulate them for winning the 2016 Dixie Youth World 30 Series Championship title. 31 32 Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be presented to 33 Coach Kenny Senterfeit. 34 XX 35
