An awareness of details recorded in a maintenance report/card including:  job reference number  brief description of the problem  name of technician completing maintenance  date maintenance performed  time taken to complete the task  description of action to rectify the problem  description of follow-up action required

ICAU2006A Operate Demonstration of these competencies would involve: computing  using appropriate software  opening, amending and saving files and documents according to packages organisational requirements  using help manuals and on-line help when appropriate  applying OH&S procedures  demonstrating basic operational knowledge in a moderate range of areas  performing a range of tasks where choice between a limited range of 2 options is required  assessing and recording information from varied sources.

A broad knowledge of the following in relation to a range of application software packages:  features  benefits  limitations  application/use. You are to create a User Manual for the computers at Freshwater Campus. This booklet will be given to the teachers to be kept as a reference. To be passed competent in this task you must create the booklet AND you must demonstrate how to perform the tasks.

The booklet must contain:

 A consistent style  A title page containing an image designed in Photoshop  Contents page  Each section must be broken up into a Policy and Procedures  You must explain both Why and How the procedure is preformed  The sections to be covered include:
