Each 1st time Team Airsoft member will receive two Team Airsoft nametapes. Members may mix or match colors so please indicate, in the appropriate box, which nametape and how many. Remember, 1st time members are only provided 2 Team Airsoft nametapes.

All members and non-members alike will now be required to submit new waivers. Members who do not submit waivers will not have their Team Airsoft membership activated until a new waiver is on file. Team Airsoft memberships are nontransferable and nonrefundable, any Team Airsoft member who passes their membership card off to a nonmember will have their membership terminated.

I also fully understand that the Team Airsoft staff may, at any time, alter, adjust or make any changes to the Team Airsoft membership that they deem necessary.
