10. Consider action to acknowledge the following retirement notification: a. Nunnally Williams, Recreation Maintenance Operator, effective December 31, 2017.

11. Consider action to accept the following resignation: a. Alriquez Bryant, Library Laborer, effective January 3, 2017. b. Christopher Callender, Police Officer, effective January 19, 2017.

12. Consider action to approve the employment of the following: a. Stephen Lee Batey, Fire Marshal, Range 18, Step 3, effective January 11, 2017. b. Joseph Daniel Jarmon, Police Officer, Range 15, Step 1, effective upon compliance with Ordinance No. 273, due to the resignation of Philip Clark. c. Nunnally Williams, Part-Time Laborer in the Street Department, Range 1, Step 1, effective upon compliance with Ordinance No. 273.

13. Consider action to request the Civil Service Board to provide a list of eligible applicants for the following position: a. Police Officer, Range 15, due to the resignation of Christopher Callender.

14. Consider action to approve the following reappoints: a. Christy Tye, Library Board, with term to expire December, 2018. b. Dr. Elizabeth Engley, Library Board, with term to expire December, 2020.
