Managed a staff of 190 employees with 4 managers and 8 supervisors.

Managed and operated an organization of 1435 employees. Plant Manager 6/1989 to 1/1992 Chihuahua, Mexico - Responsible for the project, construction, start-up and operation of a ceramic tile plant with 400 employees. Joint-venture with Armstrong World Industries.
