Recreational Resources & Summer Programs ** **THIS MEETING ONLY WILL BE HELD AT THE WHITTIER CENTER, 3401 Clairemont Dr. B- 26 Directions: I-805 to Balboa Avenue (West); take Balboa Ave. to Clairemont Dr.,Left; or I-5 to Clairemont Drive; Whittier Center located on corner of Clairemont Dr. and Dakota Ave. Please park in the dirt parking lot alongside bungalows (next to skateboard park). Time: 9:30 – 11 a.m. Location: Ballard Parent Center 2375 Congress Street (Old Town) Directions: From I-5: Exit Old Town Ave. North on Moore St.; east on Ampudia St.; 1-1/2 blocks to school. Parking is available on the street or you may park on the playground behind the school. Parking is available for parents in the upper lot. Enter on Jefferson Street. Trolley: Take the trolley to Old Town Trolley Station, you can transfer to bus # 5 which will drop you in front of the school, or you can walk. The Parent Center is 4 blocks from the trolley station, (10 minutes walking distance).
