 We only have 5 days of when we will practice as a team.  Throwers, you have 12 days of afternoon practice from 2:30-4:30pm  The days prior to a meet we will meet as a team after school to discuss meet expectations, bus departure, etc.  If changes/updates are made I will notify you via remind101.  Distance runners will practice after school.  Sprinters & jumpers will practice at the times listed above unless we’re able to get an earlier time slot.  ***If weather permits we will practice outside after school. Be prepared by bringing warm-ups, running shoes and spikes, sports drink, etc. Prepare for the weather if it’s 40 degrees and above!
