Awards Classes 1 to 3 - Individual rosettes to 6th place in all sections . Additional placings will be awarded if numbers in section warrant. Classes 1 to 3 - Team rosettes to 6th place Class 4 – Team rosettes to 10th place Rosette for Best Dressage in each section Likit has kindly donated prizes for those eligible in Class 3

Directions Offchurch Bury entrance is situated on the Radford Semele side of Offchurch Village. Please follow the yellow LandS signs which will be in place near the venue. A strict one way system will be in operation. Entry is via the Park Gates entrance only, for sat nav please use CV33 9AW. Grid reference SP34494 66053

Number Bibs Every rider will be required to use a BE style number bib. A limited number are available to loan on a £10 deposit refundable upon return. CONDITIONS 1. Class 4 – PC80 Grassroots – this is a team only class and a test run for the Grassroots Championship planned for 2017. There will be no Regional Championship in 2016 Each branch may only submit one team. Entries may need to be limited in which case a ballot will be made 18 June 2016. A waitlist will be kept. Eligibility – Open to any age of Member with any size of horse or pony. Rider must not have represented their Branch or Centre at Novice level or above in Eventing or Show Jumping competitions. Combination must not have competed at BE 90 or above and has never been placed in the top 10 at BE80 level.

2. All classes – entries will be administered by Eventing Managers and DC’s please refer to rule 33 iii and iv for full withdrawal and refund conditions. In brief: Withdrawals before 2nd July and notified in writing by 6th July will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be given for withdrawals after 2nd July. Entry Form A due by 11th June. Entry Form B declarations due in by 2nd July.

3. The course will be available to walk from 2pm on Friday 15th July.

4. The Event will run strictly under Pony Club Rules for Eventing 2016 – PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH THESE.

5. Competitors may not school over the course within 2 weeks of the event but may compete.

6. No wheeled vehicles or motorbikes are allowed for inspection of the cross country course or anywhere except official car parks. The Organisers reserve the right to eliminate any competitor in breach.

7. Health and Safety Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members and their insurance will not cover you. 8. In the PC Open competition only the Area Representative and/or Area Event Organiser can combine individuals to form mixed branch teams by a draw. Combined teams will count towards the number of teams qualifying and can qualify for the Championships. If a combined team is in a qualifying position then the next placed branch team will also qualify. In all other Area classes combined teams may count towards the number qualifying but cannot themselves qualify.

9. The decision of the Chief Steward will be final and binding.

10. Any objection must be made in writing and lodged with the Secretary within 15 minutes of the results being posted, with a £25 deposit, which will be refundable if the objection is upheld.
