Introduction

NFRC labels are an essential component of Energy Code enforcement in determining if window, door, and skylight products meet local code requirements for U-factor and Solar Heat Gain Coefficient. They may also be required to receive incentives from utilities or tax breaks.

Consumers may use this form to report to NFRC any labeling concerns. Please provide the information requested below and remit to the NFRC for review and possible investigation. NFRC will contact you if needed after a course of action is determined.
