Gael Ltd support Microsoft launch with MindGenius brainstorm

Scottish Software Company, Gael Ltd, today introduces MindGenius brainstorm at the Microsoft Tablet PC launch in London.

Brainstorming is a powerful technique. However, it is generally recognised that whilst a lot of good ideas come from brainstorming session, the effectiveness of the technique is often lost because of the time and difficulty in interpreting the data generated.

Brainstorming content is typically captured by flip chart or an electronic whiteboard. To progress from a brainstorming session usually involves the laborious process of, one person, documenting the “dumb data” manually, or into another application, to try and interpret the outcome. Often, by the time this is complete, the interpretation can be biased and the momentum gained from the original brainstorm is diluted, if not lost.

MindGenius brainstorm overcomes the problems of brainstorming by helping you generate, capture and analyse the output as part of the brainstorming session.

The output is analysed collectively, overcoming bias. Actions are agreed, and decisions taken, while the topic is still hot. Information from the brainstorming session can be re-used and distributed in the format required.
