Vendors, Brokers & Manufactures:

This letter and accompanying documentation will provide you with all of the Show Information you will need to successfully register for our February 2018 Food Show. Show dates are February 22nd & 23rd, 2018 and will once again be held at the Doubletree Miami Mart Airport Hotel & Convention Center located in Miami.

Please read all enclosed information carefully. Your cut-off date for Booth Registration, Booth payment and submission of items (including Power Buy) to your Buyer is November 17, 2017. For those of you who wish to have AG deduct your booth cost, please be aware that all vendors MUST have a current invoice in our system so that we can accomplish this. Please note that “All booths must be paid in full PRIOR to being assigned a booth number”.

Please, Please, Please review all of the information in this package. The Hotel Security Procedures and several other procedures have changed since our last show.

Our Fabulous Dinner, Cocktails and “CASINO ROYALE III” Thursday evening February 22nd will again be unlike anything you have ever experienced. You do not want to miss this!
