 The LEAD Scholars Program at UCF is a competitive, two-year leadership development experience for 1st and 2nd year students. Candidates may apply to the program after they have been offered admission to UCF. Those interested in becoming a LEAD Scholar must complete the application online at http://lead.sdes.ucf.edu/.

 The EXCEL Program will begin accepting applications for the 2010-2011 academic year soon. EXCEL is a program designed for students majoring in a STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) to increase their success in the first two years of their college careers.
