We provide Residential / Business / Commercial I.T. support services. Our staff oversees and implements everything you would find in an I.T. company and we are looking to add to our staff.

Services and support provided:  Support for Deployments, Desktops, Servers, Switches, Routers, Wifi, VOIP Phone Systems, corporate emails, website, remote support, etc.  Move projects that require physical disconnects and reconnects of desktops in a timely and organized manner. Replacing old equipment with new equipment. Backing up data from old pc/laptops and reloading it onto new equipment. Deploying user PCs to their locations.  Multiple monitor setups.  Network connections including wireless for all devices like workstations, tablets, printers, etc.  Provide user support which includes making sure they can login, print, access documents, email, etc.  Migrating users old OS, applications, cell phones, etc. to new.  Replace Hard Drives, System board/Motherboard, Memory/Ram, CD-Rom, LCD Screens, Fusers, Rollers (Maintenance kits).  Installing user applications and configuration.  All aspects of troubleshooting (network/OS/WiFi/internet/email etc).  Microsoft Office Suite, especially configuring Outlook, Windows Live Mail and troubleshooting issues.  Technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security including Cisco enterprise devices.  Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly.  System documentation, maintenance and review.  Receive escalated service requests and act accordingly.  Communication with customers: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.  Network cabling and terminations on installation jobs.  VOIP Phone System service, installation and configure with remote management software.  Remote troubleshooting and diagnosis skills for network connectivity.  Working with a variety of customers and vendors.  Research and design solutions for new opportunities.  Configuration/integration with mobile devices such as tablets and smart phone.  Install, configure and setup office software, QuickBooks, office, Outlook, windows live mail  Install, configure and setup computers, servers, DVR camera systems and audio/video equipment/ Advanced Help Desk Technician Personality Qualities required:  Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and present yourself in a professional manner.  Be on time every day!!  A team player or a team leader.  Customer-service oriented and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Able to work directly and communicate with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.  Creative in your solutions, often thinking outside the box.  Outgoing personality. You cannot be afraid to make recommendations on upgrades and solutions to the customers (UP SALE).  Be able to pass an extensive criminal background check and drug test.  Be a proactive problem solver, anticipate customer needs and recommend a course of action.  Follow industry standard work safety rules and data handling regulations.  You will be representing a company that has a reputation for providing excellent service to its customers and you are expected to work to a high standard.  You must be able to hit the ground running and be able to contribute quickly without a lot of guidance.  Strong planning and documentation skills.  Possess an eagerness to constantly learn new technologies and stay ahead of the technology curve.

Technical Qualities required:  Own or purchase your own basic tech tools (screwdrivers, punch down tools, etc) and have the mechanical aptitude to the use the tools on the job site as well as work bench.  Be able to complete checklists and necessary written documentation about the work you do.  Must possess one or more of the following certifications: CCNA, MCITP, MCSE, MCP, Network+, Security+, A+.  Microsoft Operating Systems and Servers.  Experience with MS Small Business Server / Windows Server / Exchange environments.  Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems: XP, Vista, Windows 7 H.P. and Pro.  Networking, TCP/IP Expertise.  Repairing, replacing\installing, diagnosing, and configuring PC Hardware.  Understanding of with commercial equipment such as: Cisco ASA or Netgear Prosafe routers / VPN firewalls.  Understanding of a hosted and onsite PBX Telephony.  Understanding of a computer Network and Network Security.
