Thank you for participating as the Community Organization of the Night with the Omaha Storm Chasers!

Your scheduled date for Community Organization of the Night is:

Please be at Werner Park at: 5:15pm

Parking at Werner Park is free in the gravel lot. If you need to drop off materials for your table you may pull up to the front gates and unload. Please let us know if you need assistance to unload your vehicle.

Please proceed to the Window World Will-Call ticket window towards the east side of the gates. Inform a staff member working the window that you are here for the “Community Organization of the Night” and give them your organization name. They will give you 4 tickets to be used for those working the table. The staff member at the window will radio for me (Lauren Teer) and I will escort you to your table.

Please do not…  Solicit at your table: there cannot be any request for money by your organization or any monetary exchange for goods or services.  Set up any displays or activities at your table that would cause a slow in pedestrian traffic or impede any walkways.

Included in this packet of information, you will find: 1. A list of YES and NO items that you may bring along to pass out to our fans 2. An information sheet that MUST BE FILLED OUT before your game date 3. A ticket order form for family and friends you would like to invite to the game

We ask that a minimum of two representatives from your organization are present on your designated night and would recommend four. At least one member of your organization must be present at your table at all times.

What will occur on your night…  Ceremonial “First Pitch” to be thrown out by a member of your organization – They must be at the ballpark at least a half-hour prior to the game starting.  Pre-Game interview, at your table (or on field), talking about your organization (60-90 seconds).  On-air interview with our broadcasters on our flagship station,1180AM the zone 2, in the top of the 3rd inning. We will escort your representative to the radio booth during the 2 nd inning.

Please remember all of your belongings. The Omaha Storm Chasers are not responsible for items left behind. If you need electricity, please inform me no later than one week in advance of your night.
