Dear CLG Music Participant: It is with joy we write to you today. The natural flood gates have opened but God is faithful and just to keep us out of danger. We anticipate reconvening in Orlando, FL for our 82nd General Assembly beginning on October 24, 2011 to October 29, 2011. The following are specific directives for the music department: choir members, musicians, and officers. The locations and times not listed will be given at a later date, with additional information. Please follow assembly agenda for attire colors. Please organize yourself accordingly:

 Wednesday and Thursday will be rehearsals from 2 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. at the Doubletree Hotel, Orlando, Universal. The schedule is always very time sensitive; we must begin and end on time!

 Friday: service in Honor of our late Bishop David E. Drone, Sr. Colors: White or White/Black.
