Activities for Young People aged 10 to 16 years of age: Tues 31 Mar Roller-skating and Laser Tag: We visit Kemizo for a great day of roller-skating and 9.30 to 3 laser tag games. Please note all those attending must wear socks and sealed shoes. Wed 1 April Cook and Dye: Prepare yourself a yummy lunch with fruit dipped in chocolate for 10 to 3 dessert, then relax in to tie-dying something for yourself in the afternoon. Thur 2 April Art Mania: Show your artistic side - do some stencilling, collage, finger-print people 10 to 3 and lots more. Tues 7 April Instant Rockstar: To all those future stars, here is your chance to create a song 9.30 to 3 using lots of cool music samples and then use the track to make a great music video! We will be visiting the city to do this at the Arts Centre. Wed 8 April Move It: Challenge yourself at the obstacle race. Watch a martial art demonstration. 10 to 3 Get your body moving!! Thur 9 April Wheelies!!! A day of wheel related activities. How do you ride a unicycle? Learn 10 to 3 about how a car works and how to look after it. In the afternoon we visit the Hume Library and race cars on the Playstation. Activities for Young People aged 5 to16 years of age: Fri 3 April No Program – Good Friday Public Holiday Fri 10 April Wild Animals visit Banksia: Learn about Australian animals when they visit us, 10 to 3 pm maybe even get to hold one!! Followed by some wild activities and then choose which Australian film to watch in the afternoon. Bonza!!! All activities take place or depart from (and return to) Banksia Gardens Community Centre, 71-81 Pearcedale Parade Broadmeadows Amenities Fee: $5/Day or $20/Week
