6.1 Acknowledge that I/we are familiar with the contents of the School Prospectus and the School’s Code of Conduct and agree to ensure that my/our child abides by the School’s Code of Conduct, observes the Regulations regarding uniform, appearance and participation contained in the Prospectus, as well as those regarding his/her schoolwork, attendance, and behaviour (in and out of school). 6.2 Agree to meet my monthly financial commitments to the School and accept responsibility to pay the fees determined by the Governing Body, in accordance with the procedure laid down and specified in the School Fee Regulation:
The School Fees are determined at the Annual Budget Meeting held each year by the Governing Body and are due and payable in advance each year. Parents may elect to pay these fees in advance at the beginning of each year or in ten equal monthly instalments (due by 7th day of each month) and (not defaulting on any given month) from January to October. Debit Orders are February – November.
Accounts that are THREE MONTHS IN ARREARS will be handed over to our Debt Collectors for collection. Please note that you, in your capacity of parents/guardians, will be held responsible for payment of ALL legal costs incurred together with collection commission in the event of the matter being handed over to the Debt Collectors as a result of non-payment.
