The City of Kennewick currently has 4 openings for Police Officer. There will be additional 4-6 openings after January 1, 2016. We anticipate conducting an oral board in early January 2016. To be considered for the oral board, the written tests and PAT must be completed by December 31, 2015.

Salary Information: $5,896 - $6,890/Month (DOQ)

Career Development Program: Police Officer First Class: $7062 Senior Police Officer: $7303 Master Police Officer: $7578

We have four divisions – the Patrol Division, the Criminal Investigations Division, the Special Services Division, and Administrative Services Division.

Academy Certification: Not required for entry-level applicants.
