Stage 1 - Selection Process

The overall split over this evaluation stage is as follows: Criteria % Weighting Quality 100% - Evaluation of Tender Responses

Selection Stage Questions Scoring/ Weighting Section 5 shall be evaluated on a merit basis and as such where answers exceed the specification and/ or expected response they will score higher.

The evaluation criteria to be adopted for these questions will be split as follows:

Lot 1: Ad-Hoc Jobs Quality Criteria (= 100% Weighting) % Weighting Selection Stage Questions (Lot1)  Design Services Experience (Q1) 15  Creativity (Q2, Q3) 35  Innovation (Q4, Q5) 25  Added Value (Q6) 15  Account Management (Q7) 10 100

Methodology

The quality/ technical evaluation will be conducted for all Lots as per paragraph 2.1.4 Quality Evaluation.

Stage Progression

We will take the top scoring companies from Stage 1 - Selection Process forward to Stage 2 - Award Process as per table below:

Stage 2 - Award Process The overall split over this evaluation stage is as follows: Criteria % Weighting Quality 50% - Evaluation of Tender Responses - Formal interview Price 50%

Note for Bidder: Please be as specific and concise as possible, and all answers are to be limited All Appendices you provide should be clearly and accurately labelled within both the hard/ paper and electronic copy returns. Within the Appendices you may only refer to technical tools such as diagrams, tables and pictures without having an effect on the word count and no hyperlinks should be used.

The examples should refer to works performed during the past five years. The examples provided can be from the same project and/ or from different projects.

Q1. Brief

Southern Housing Group is launching its new corporate plan in 2014. The corporate plan dictates the direction of the business for the next three years and includes the six strategic objectives. The six objectives are to;

 Provide strong leadership  Have a passion for housing  Work with integrity  Be accountable  Be innovative  Provide quality housing

The budget for this project is £2,000

To effectively launch the plan, we need an integrated launch campaign that will engage staff visually across a range of mediums. We need you to design a range of materials to promote the corporate plan. These are:  A desk drop printed item, or other promotional piece  A4 flyer to be inserted into payslips, promoting our six objectives  An A3 poster for internal use in our offices  A set of thumbnail icons (150 x 150px) to represent each objective that can be used on our intranet and in publications.
