You are invited to be an Exhibitor at this year’s Sudbury Summer Camp & Opportunities Fair, sponsored by the Loring Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). This is a great opportunity for you to advertise your program to a large number of interested families. This unique camp fair offers a wide range of summer opportunities including programs focusing on academic enrichment, adventure, travel, arts and crafts, sports and community service.

Camps from around New England and many more attend our annual camp fair to market their camps and programs while communicating directly with parents and students who attend the fair. Parents can obtain camp registrations, videos, and information about the camps and wide- ranging programs offered.

The 2017 Summer Camp Fair sponsored by the Loring PTO is Sunday, January 21, 2018 at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School from 11:00am – 2:00 pm. No admission fee is charged to the public.

Attendees will be given a listing of camps with their specific contact information. The data you provide on the attached application will be used for two purposes: 1) for the camp listing given out to all attendees and 2) for communication regarding the camp fair itself. Please fill out all fields as appropriate.



 Registration Information

Exhibitor fee $199.00 The fee of $199.00 includes a table, one chair (if needed) and inclusion of your camp/program on a listing given to all attendees. There are a limited number of electrical outlets, which will be assigned on a first come basis. To reserve a space please return this completed application and non-refundable check made out to Loring PTO. Full payment is due by January 6, 2018.

For first time camps - please also send BRIEF description for our camp fair handout. We like to give attendees a sense of what types of camps are in attendance each year.
