Deep Water Aerobics - This is a high energy, upbeat class is for all fitness levels. It incorporates a variety of unique movements that stimulate all major muscle groups while keeping your heart rate pumping. A combination of aerobics and toning exercises are used to give you a full body workout.
Spinning - Spinning is a comprehensive, non-competitive cycling workout that focuses on interval, endurance, strength, and race day training to give you maximum fitness benefits. All fitness levels are welcome to join this hour-long calorie blaster. Bring a water bottle and towel, and come prepared to challenge yourself!
Total Body Sculpting - Looking for a way to get tight and toned? This multi-level class is the ultimate in resistance training. TBS is designed to develop strength and endurance in all major muscle groups using hand weights, stability balls and tubing. A 10 minute portion of each class is dedicated to ABS only!!!
Yoga – This classic yoga class focuses on practicing physical postures and poses to create connection and balance between the mind, body and spirit. Circuit Training – Combine all aspects of exercise in the hour long total workout. The class utilized cardio moves, as well as weights to strengthen and tone the body in a circuit style class.
