TRAINEESHIP INFORMATION Subject area (languages; To teach english language as mother-tongue first of all to education; mathematics...) primary and secondary school children – to teach various subjects ( history, geography, science , and so on) in english Location Primary and Secondary school of Esine and Piancogno ( northern Italy- Camonica Valley, nice mountain area, very close to Lake Iseo and Brescia and Milan) Start Date 01/10/2014 to 31/05/2015 Duration 30 weeks Working hours per week 14/16 h per week Description of activities,tasks Having the Institute plans to apply for a Erasmus+ Project / Key Action 2 with other partners for the years 2014/2016 , the assistant could be used as a facilitator in the implementation of the projects and the performance expected in the exchanges between the classes of the countries concerned , including with lessons in CLIL . The assistant will be involved in all three types of schools ( early childhood , primary and secondary levels ) in order to ensure a wider dissemination of his/her work , will be present in the activities of the foreign language curriculum to improve the mastery of L2 in communication , to develop cultural awareness and openness to dialogue and to increase the interest and motivation of students. He/she can be used for lessons in other subjects with the CLIL methodology ( mainly in the historical- anthropological area ) , the certification paths Trinity and L2 courses for adults in synergy with the local authorities , in this way you can make interventions that can communicate their linguistic and cultural experience both within the Institute and in the territory . The assistant will be supported and assisted by a teacher that will help him/her in school, in social inclusion, which will follow him/her in work, which will coordinate his/her activities, keeping in touch with the staff, which will decide with him/her the programming of interventions, which will regularly monitor activities and that will help him/her in the paperwork. The institute will find a right accomodation for the student- guest.
