Supervisor: Project Manager, Job Title: Crew Leader Owner Pay Scale: $12 - $15 Hourly + Oversees: Crew Member(s) Bonuses Work Type: Works In Field - Shop Duties - Hours: 40+/Hourly Employ Limited Office Work

Position Overview Crew Leader(s) are to oversee all Crew Member(s). Crew Leader(s) must ensure smooth operation(s) in the day to day jobs and projects assigned to them and their Crew Member(s). Crew Leaders are required to direct Crew Member(s) in all aspects of any project/job assigned to them by the Project Manager(s). Crew Leaders are responsible for helping schedule employees, helping to schedule workloads, helping schedule materials, help in cost, timelines, overtime, bonuses, etc…

Crew Leader(s) must first and foremost be a loyal employee to Dynasty Remodeling LLC. Any employed Crew Leader must always have this Companies best interests at heart; furthermore Crew Leaders must have a desire to further Dynasty Remodeling LLC’s growth, expansion, and longevity in the General Contracting field. Dynasty Remodeling LLC expects its Crew Leader(s) to be professional, friendly, and hard working. Crew Leaders are helping to oversee a project from start to finish for Dynasty Remodeling LLC. Crew Leaders are in charge of all Crew Members & report directly to their Project Manager(s). Crew Leaders represent the Companies image and expectation; to all current and potential Crew Members, homeowners/customers.

Essential Job Functions To know what is going on at the jobsite/project at all times

Works alongside Crew Members to ensure proper application/installs free of defects

Oversees all Crew Members

Reports to Project Manager(s)

Handles all day to day operations in Shop and w/ Crew Member(s)

Knows limitations/strengths/weaknesses of all Crew Member(s)

Reviews Crew Member(s) to Project Manager(s)

Other Required Job Functions Change Order Forms

Completion Waiver Signing – Walk Throughs

Ensuring Homeowner/Customer Satisfaction – Good Work Project Bonuses – Who, What & Why – (not every job/project will have a bonus assigned to it.)

Putting employee’s in place who want to succeed and care about Dynasty Remodeling LLC’s success. There must be a passion for this job, and not just collecting a paycheck

Ability to terminate employees who aren’t conducive to the standards, mission, or goals set by Dynasty Remodeling LLC’s

Requirements Contracting Field(s), Trades, or Related Work

Computer/Phone/Technology Skills – Smart Phones, Tablets, Excel, Word Documents, etc…

Communication Skills – ability to speak clearly and professionally in person and over the phone, homeowners, customers, reps, subcontractors

Dependable, Honest, Loyal

Ability to multi-task many employees

Ability to keep calm under pressure and resolve issues when they arise – Owner, Project Managers, Crew Members, Sub Contractors, Homeowner/Customers, Project Timelines, etc…

Ability to problem solve a variety of complications and scenarios
