*ALL RATES LISTED BELOW ARE “IN SEASON” RATES. ADDITIONAL FEES WILL APPLY TO ALL SOCIAL EVENTS SCHEDULED DURING THE “OFF SEASON”. REFER TO PAGE 2 FOR ADDITIONAL RATE INFORMATION.

Member/Family Function Grounds Fee: (rate based on 2 hour intervals)

$50 rental = 25 attendees or less

$5 per person = 26 or more attendees

Corporate/Commercial Rates: (subject to approval of Social Committee and Board of Directors)

$500 rental = 100 – 200 attendees

$750 rental = 201 or more attendees

$120 Clean up charge for all corporate events and crawfish boils

Pool rental: (rate based on 2 hour intervals)

$75 rental = 25 attendees or less

$5 per person = 26 or more attendees

Clubhouse rental: (rate based on 3 hour intervals)

$150 rental = 50 attendees or less

$5 per person = 51 or more attendees

Pool and Clubhouse: (rate based on 3 hour intervals)

$225 rental = 50 attendees or less

$5 per person = 51 or more attendees

*Refer to page 2 for additional hour fees; includes any portion of time used until ALL guests have exited the club property. In Season

The 2015 season runs from May 21st until August 9th. For all other reservation requests, please refer to the Key Swimming/Off Season Rates.

Note:

All of the above mentioned pricing is during our normal summer season open hours of operation. During non-operating hours (i.e. key swimming; off season; etc.), please add the following fees to your rate:

Manager’s fee: $20/hour - see note below

(will include any portion of time used until all guests have exited the premises)

Lifeguard fees: $25/2 hour interval; minimum of 2 guards per 25 persons

Additional hour:

Pool: $50 Grounds: $50

Clubhouse: $100 Corporate: $250

(will include any portion of time used until all guests have exited the premises)

Clean up fee: $120 (billed only in the event Waste Mgmt must be called)

Damages/Repairs: $200 minimum

In the event that damages are incurred and repairs are necessary, the member holding the social event will be responsible for said expenses of repairs, which will include, but not limited to replacement parts, supplies, equipment usage, labor, etc.

I have read all of the above with regard to rental of the Kenilworth Club, Inc. facilities and agree to abide by the guidelines set forth. I also understand that any damages incurred to the facilities by any of my guest will result in additional fees for repairs as the management sees appropriate.
