Position: BEP Accountant/Federal Bookkeeper

Duties: Essential duties include but are not limited to: Maintain current personnel data to be used with BEP formula and organizational chart with salary calculations; submit and handle all bids; work with and provide information for auditors; code all revenues as Trustee receives for all state and federal monies; transport information to and from Courthouse/bank/credit union; maintain and provide IRS with all 941 federal tax information; issue General Purpose purchase orders; maintain all credit cards; post revenues to Local Government for Federal Projects and reconcile books monthly; report all expenditures and complete online reports for all Federal funds through FACTS; and the ability to interact well with others.

Qualifications: B.S. Degree in Accounting or Business and any other qualifications as determined by the Director of Schools
