JACKIE ABERNATHY, DIRECTOR OF SCHOOLS 700 JONES CIRCLE ~ LEWISBURG, TENNESSEE 37091 (931)359-1581 ______Date of Posting: June 1, 2012 VACANCY</p><p>Position: BEP Accountant/Federal Bookkeeper </p><p>Duties: Essential duties include but are not limited to: Maintain current personnel data to be used with BEP formula and organizational chart with salary calculations; submit and handle all bids; work with and provide information for auditors; code all revenues as Trustee receives for all state and federal monies; transport information to and from Courthouse/bank/credit union; maintain and provide IRS with all 941 federal tax information; issue General Purpose purchase orders; maintain all credit cards; post revenues to Local Government for Federal Projects and reconcile books monthly; report all expenditures and complete online reports for all Federal funds through FACTS; and the ability to interact well with others. </p><p>Qualifications: B.S.
