This Order disposes of the captioned application of Shri Pratik Mansukhbhai Padalia, “Naitik”, 30-A, Shree Colony Society, Street No. 3, Near Pashupati Temple, B/S. Astrone Society, Nanamava Road, Rajkot- 360005 seeking information under the RTI Act, 2005, received by the office of CPIO, SIDBI on December 07, 2011.The information seeker has sought information about the status of application dated 10/02/2011 in respect of M/s. Super Tech Industries, B/h. Rajdhani Complex, Veraval (Shapar), Dist- Rajkot for Credit Linked Capital Subsidy Scheme (CLCSS) claim of `.8,09,803.00. The said application is disposed of, as under:- 1. Information in respect of Sl. No. 1 of the application: As per information available, application dated 10/02/2011 for subsidy in respect of M/s Super Tech Industries was received by SIDBI on 11/02/2011 from Central Bank of India. The said application was returned to the nodal office of Central Bank of India on 17/03/2011, indicating that 1) Machinery details / specifications given in the application is not eligible as per CLCSS booklet, 2) Machinery specifications have not been given as per CLCSS booklet, 3) Ancillary machineries are not eligible for subsidy.
Later, Central Bank of India, again submitted the application on 05/05/2011 which was received by SIDBI on 11/05/2011. The said application was returned to the nodal office of Central Bank of India on 06/06/2011, indicating that 1) As per the Office order DC(MSME), GoI’s latest requirement, the PLI are required to furnish the additional information in the form of a separate ‘Certificate’ An Appeal may be filed by the information seeker, if aggrieved, against this Order before the First Appellate Authority within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order.
