He / She has been a pleasure to work with and will be sorely missed by every one at the Centre. [Employee Name] has decided to (reason for leaving) and will be (New Situation / position). (Employee name)’s contributions have been a great benefit to this organization and we wish him / her every success in his / her new endeavours.

Option 3: Staff at H/O

[Employee Name] has been with Nido since [Date/Month/Year] and has been a valuable asset to Nido Early School as a [Employee position]. He / She has been a pleasure to work with over the last (Length of term) and will be sorely missed by every one at Nido. [Employee Name] has decided to (reason for leaving) and will be (New Situation / position). (Employee name)’s contributions have been a great benefit to this organization and we wish him / her every success in his / her new endeavours.

Stepping in to fill the position that has now become available is (Replacing Emloyee name). (Replacing Emloyee name) will commence his / her role on (Commencement date).

Or
