Key Result Areas Accountabilities Product marketing  Work closely with the Senior Brand Manager to execute PR campaigns according to brand strategy, and performance building close relationships with PR agency, developing progress documents and delivering on required actions  Develop promotional brochures with external publishing companies, graphic artists and printers to deliver on brand strategy  Implement new website development and ongoing content development with external agencies  Ensure all SOPs relating to the approval of promotional material have been adhered to and all promotional material complies with the Company’s standards, including internal legal approval  Processing of promotional materials through online management system (ORBIS)  Implement select marketing projects to grow our brands, with support from the Senior Brand Manager  Ensure effective input from Medical and Regulatory to enable processing of materials  Support account manager to implement mutually beneficial executional plans with our Retail partners of choice  Forge strong Agency relationships to ensure optimal output for the portfolio  Work with Senior Brand Manager to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs, and make insight driven recommendations to further improve business performance  Monitor competitors marketing material and advise the Director of Consumer Health of any breaches Administration,  Coordinate promotional materials and ensure distribution to events or third-party field force budget and  Maintain promotional materials through Markitforce and internal storage compliance  Ensure Marketing departments Purchase Orders and invoices system is efficiently maintained in a timely order  Manage Consumer Health budget, keeping committed funds up to date and reconciling budget monthly with support from the Senior Brand Manager  Develop and maintain effective working relationships with vendors to achieve departmental goals effectively and within budget Event planning and  Plan and execute internal events including product launches coordination  Assist with execution of sales meetings  Coordinate stands and logistics for attendance at conferences and trade displays  Undertake research and produce recommendations to improve events in the future People, leadership  Ensure MPL values are clearly demonstrated and culture  Demonstrate cross functional ways of working  Interact positively and cooperatively with the internal customers with due urgency and diligence  Use interpersonal skills to develop effective working relations with internal stakeholders  Gather feedback to ensure customer satisfaction
