Metrics Development Subcommittee Update

Dr. Kaplan provided an update on the work that was done in the first Metrics meeting. The focus of the first meeting was on the numerators and denominators that should be used for standard metrics. The majority of the discussion was on the definitions of membership tiers that would be used, and suggested metrics to measure Center activity. The goal for the metrics and their components is to be clear and transparent to administration and the directors, as well as manageable for meeting reporting needs both internally and externally to sponsors. Please see the attached minutes from the 5/29/13 meeting for more details. If you have suggestions on metrics, please send them to Ms. Molloy.
