TDS TELECOM ILEC OPERATIONS - Announces New Remote End Office at UTELCO, LLC, located in Monroe, WI.

 In the 1st quarter of 2012, TDS TELECOM will establish new remote end offices in the Monroe, WI rate center (MONRWIXARS0), Albany, WI rate center (ALBYWIXA0MD), Blanchardville, WI rate center (BNVLWIXA0MD), Browntown, WI rate center (BWTWWIXA0MD), Juda, WI rate center (JUDAWIXA0MD), Monticello, WI rate center (MNTIWIXA0MD), South Wayne, WI rate center (SWYNWIXA0MD) and Woodford, WI rate center (WDFRWIXA0MD). Beginning in May 2012, lines currently served via MONRWIXADSA, ALBYWIXARS0, BNVLWIXARS0, BWTWWIXARS0, JUDAWIXARS0, MNTIWIXARS0, SWYNWIXARS0, and WDFRWIXARS0 will be gradually transitioned to the new offices.

 The SS7 Point Code for these new offices is 223-004-021. All of these new offices will subtend the TDS Telecom MDTNWIXADS3 host office and the AT&T MDSNWI171T tandem for FGB/D.

 Carriers may retain existing direct trunks to MONRWIXA61T and MONRWIXADSA until further notice. New end office trunks may be ordered to the host office MDTNWIXADS3.
