What we will be doing this week:

• 1 Quiz covering the first 5 Lessons (open note)

• 250 Word Essay on how Customer Service is used in your trade. (open note)

• Multiple Choice Final (10 Questions no notes allowed)

• You will receive the “Boston Region Customer Service Certification” that you can add to your resume.

Customer Service Training Notes

This week you will be certified in Customer Service. To begin, you will take notes on the slides I will present to you after you have taken notes. You will be taking a quiz on lessons 1-5 and the quiz will be open note.

1. Review Lessons 1 -5 of customer service and take notes (you will be taking an open note quiz on lessons 1-5):

a. Select lesson 1

b. Write down everything that is underlined and the heading of the slide. Pay Special close attention to: Internal Customer, External Customer , Added Value and Customer Loyalty

c. Select lesson 2

d. Write down everything that is underlined and the heading of the slide.

e. Select lesson 3

f. Write down everything that is underlined and the heading of the slide.

g. Select lesson 4 h. Write down everything that is underlined and the heading of the slide.

i. Select lesson 5

j. Write down everything that is underlined and the heading of the slide.

2. If you finish the notes, go to my website, click on Extra Credit, open the word search, if complete it will be worth 5 bonus points on your customer service final exam.
